Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your sixseven pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Customers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached. We can't accept items showing signs of wear, scent or alteration.

Non-returnable items: Underwear, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to start a return: Email nuridin.ibraimov@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please send the items back within 7 days of receiving instructions.

Return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
