Shipping Policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Where we ship: We currently ship across the EU, the UK and to select international destinations.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over €89. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates (after processing): EU 3 to 7 business days; UK 3 to 7 business days; rest of world 7 to 15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, as carrier and customs delays can occur, especially during sale periods.

Tracking: A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes: For international orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival and are the customer's responsibility. These are set by your local customs office and are outside our control.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer; reshipment may incur additional cost.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us at nuridin.ibraimov@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
